Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Because our custom ethernet cables are custom made, orders cannot be cancelled after they are paid for, and all sales are final.

Defective Cables

All our cables are electronically tested and inspected under magnification before shipping. In the unlikely event you do receive a defective cable, however, we will ship you a replacement cable providing we are notified of the defective cable within 30 days of your purchase

Shipping

If we request you return a defective cable before replacement, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
